At MyNewFrames.com, every pair of glasses is custom-made just for you. We take great care in crafting your eyewear to match your exact prescription and style preferences.
Because of the custom nature of eyewear, most orders are final sale, but we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue from our end in the following cases:

There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

There was an error on our part in fulfilling your order (for example, wrong lenses or frame).
If either applies, please contact us at support@mynewframes.com within 2 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your eyewear! If your glasses arrive damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
When reporting the issue, please include:

A clear photo or video of the damaged product,

Unpacking proof (so we can verify the issue with our shipping partners).
Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer a suitable solution.
Cancellation Policy
Since each pair of glasses is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed.
If you need to update your order details (like prescription or address), please contact us right away at support@mynewframes.com and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request if your order hasn’t been dispatched for lens fitting yet.
Exchange Requests
If you’d like to exchange a zero-power frames or accessories:

Email us at support@mynewframes.com with your Order Number and reason for exchange.

Include the link (URL) of the product you’d like in exchange.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
